Art Therapy can help unique or neurodiverse brains gain insight or process difficulties through images in a way words cannot always accurately express, and using art therapeutically offers an alternative to traditional talk therapy.

My specialization is in working with young adults and adults struggling with emotional, behavioral and relationship issues such as: chronic overwhelm, intrusive/ruminating thoughts, stress, trauma, self-harm, self-esteem, family difficulties, communication issues, depression, anxiety, giftedness, high sensitivity, sensory issues and anyone identifying as having a neurodiverse brain- ADHD, OCD, Autism, or anything else under the neurodiversity umbrella.
I earned my master’s degree from Adler University in Art Therapy and Counseling, and am fully licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor and LPCC supervisor in the state of Minnesota. I am the owner and supervisor of Art Therapy of MN.
