My specialization is in working with young adults and adults struggling with emotional, behavioral and relationship issues such as: chronic overwhelm, intrusive/ruminating thoughts, stress, trauma, self-harm, self-esteem, family difficulties, communication issues, depression, anxiety, giftedness, high sensitivity, sensory issues and anyone identifying as having a neurodiverse brain- ADHD, OCD, Autism, or anything else under the neurodiversity umbrella.

I earned my master’s degree from Adler University in Art Therapy and Counseling, and am fully licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor and LPCC supervisor in the state of Minnesota. I am the owner and supervisor of Art Therapy of MN.
