All art therapists and psychiatric providers at Art Therapy of MN offer the option of either in-person or virtual sessions.

ANGELA ABDO, LPCC
I’m Angela, an Art Therapist, Licensed Clinical Counselor, LPCC supervisor, and owner of Art Therapy of MN.
Angela (Pitton) Abdo (she/her) is not taking on new therapy clients at this time. Please connect with Angela for ADHD/Autism/OCD assessments, general therapy inquiries, referrals, billing/insurance questions or hiring questions.
Angela values building an inclusive, validating, neurodivergent-affirming, culturally-aware, trauma-informed private practice. She supports her therapists through ongoing training and supervision.
JENNICA KRUSE
I’m Jennica, an an Art Therapist and Pre-Licensed Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.
Jennica (she/her) specializes in working with children and adolescents through adults, ages 8-40.
Jennica works with those in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as neurodiverse individuals, including ADHD and Autism. Jennica uses both art and talk therapy with clients, helping them to explore developing identities, working through struggles, and identifying strengths.
Jennica also works with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation or self-harm, and life transitions.
RAEANNA BRASSER
I’m Raeanna, a Parent & Caregiver Support Partner working with Art Therapy of MN.
Raeanna (she/her) supports parents and caregivers of children with developmental differences and disabilities in lightening their mental load. She offers personalized support for care tasks that can drain mental energy—planning, problem-solving, navigating services, and more—to help families find clarity and ease in daily life.
Combining her personal experience as a disability parent and neurodivergent individual with professional expertise in strategic planning and consulting, Raeanna offers thoughtful, practical support grounded in empathy and understanding.
Raeanna’s approach is collaborative, inclusive, and holistic. She believes that balance and wellbeing look different for everyone and partners with each family to create sustainable plans and solutions that reflect their unique values and lived experience.
NOELLE WOLF, MA, ATR
I’m Noelle, an Art Therapist and Pre-Licensed Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.
Noelle Wolf (they/them) specializes in working with clients who are neuro-atypical, polyamorous and/or queer. They help clients who are trying to figure this life thing out, who need support and want to make art about it.
Noelle strives to meet clients where they are at, and supports their in-the-moment needs. Noelle “shows up” with and for their clients; not just physically – emotionally as well.
BETHANY KEPLER, MA
I’m Bethany, an Art Therapist and Pre-Licensed Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.
Bethany Kepler (she/they) specializes in working with young adult and adult clients ages 18 to 30 years old, who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent.
Bethany also works with couples, and is sex-positive, and supports those in kink, poly or non-traditional relationships. She also sees clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, religious trauma, and life changes.
MEGHAN LAIRD, LPCC, ATR
I’m Meghan, an Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.
Meghan Laird (she/her) specializes in working with children, adolescents and young adults ages 8-28 years old.
Meghan also specializes in using both art and talk therapy with young people experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, and behavioral difficulties.
Additionally, Meghan works with families who are struggling to communicate effectively or who are having difficulties understanding their child’s emotional experience and/or behavioral struggles.
JESSICA HANSEN, LPC, ATR-P
I’m Jessica, an Art Therapist and Licensed Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.
Jessica Hansen (she/her) specializes in working with young adult and adult clients who are 18+, and identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent.
Jessica brings genuine curiosity to her clients, and is patient, caring, and is a self-proclaimed nerd. Her style is person-centered and non-directive, and believes in the importance of building trust and safety, slowly and over time.
Jessica also works with clients who have experienced trauma, identity struggles, personality and attachment disruptions, and with autistic clients, particularly those with a PDA profile (Drive for Autonomy/Demand Avoidant).
LEAH LORENTZEN, LPCC
I’m Leah, an Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Counselor working with Art Therapy of MN.
Leah Royseth (she/her) specializes in helping women who have found themselves in unhealthy relationship dynamics, cycles of domestic violence or abusive relationships.
Leah also works with adolescents, young adults and adult clients to better understand anxiety, neurodivergence (including OCD, ADHD, and Autism), interpersonal and boundary issues, people-pleasing, codependency and trauma using both art, talk and walk-and-talk therapy.
LAUREN GROSHEK
I’m Lauren, an Art Therapy Intern working with Art Therapy of MN.
Lauren Groshek (she/her) specializes in working with older adolescents (16-18), young adults (18-25) and adults (25-45). Lauren enjoys working with cis women and trans, nonbinary, BIPOC, disabled and neurodivergent queer folks; especially those coming into their queer identity later in life. Lauren also supports those navigating polyamory and ethical nonmonogamy.
Lauren brings her intuition, gentleness, non-judgement and openness to her clients. She artfully weaves intuition and narrative therapy techniques into her strengths-based, holistic art therapy sessions. She also brings her trained and registered service dog, Jerry, into sessions as well!
Lauren also supports folks exploring or living at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, such as: Disabled, Neurodivergent, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, Queer, and Trans/Nonbinary.
SKY ESPE, APRN, PMHNP-BC
I’m Sky, aPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working with Art Therapy of MN.
Sky Espe (she/her) provides person-centered psychiatric medication management and assessments.
Sky supports patients across the lifespan, and particularly enjoys working with neurodivergent patients and supporting children and their families while navigating change.
Sky believes in an accessible and personalized treatment approach, and also supports symptoms related to acute onset psychosis, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, OCD, PTSD, substance use disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and difficulties with emotional and behavioral regulation.
ANDREA FRIED, APRN, PMHNP-BC
I’m Andrea, aPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working with Art Therapy of MN.
Andrea Fried (she/her) strives to provide inclusive and collaborative psychiatric medication management care and assessments to patients across the lifespan.
Andrea values evidence-based practices, coupled with both holistic approaches and therapeutic interventions, that aim to enhance symptom reduction and overall quality of life. Andrea believes in a supportive, open, safe, and empowering approach to care.
Andrea works with adults, adolescents, and children 8 years old and up who have a variety of mental health conditions and concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PMDD, ADHD, Autism, OCD, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, and PTSD.

Art Therapy of MN is an art-based, neurodivergent-affirming mental health private practice offering art therapy, counseling, medication management and testing/assessments in The Ivy Arts Building, an artist-friendly space in the Seward neighborhood of Southeast Minneapolis.
Art Therapy of MN strivestowards continual growth as therapists by doing the ongoing work of addressing personal biases and combating racism, ableism and all other injustices.
