Raeanna sees clients in-home, in-office (Art Therapy of MN office in the Ivy Building), in the community or virtually.

Raeanna is accepting new clients.

I help parents and caregivers of children with developmental differences and disabilities lighten their mental load. I offer personalized support for care tasks that can drain mental energy—planning, problem-solving, navigating services, and more—partnering with caregivers to bring clarity and ease to daily life.

As a mother to two young children, one of whom has disabilities, I understand the challenges of balancing many family members’ needs while managing the added demands of care coordination, navigating complex systems, advocacy, and more. As a neurodivergent individual, I also know what it’s like to move through systems that weren’t built with you in mind and don’t always make space for you to thrive.

Before becoming a Parent & Caregiver Support Partner, I spent a decade in the corporate world managing complex projects, advising leaders, and guiding strategy—skills I now use to help families navigate their own complex journeys.

I believe balance and wellbeing look different for everyone. I meet each family where they are and partner with caregivers to create practical, sustainable plans that reflect their values, strengths, and lived experience.

Services:

  • Build routines and systems — Create daily processes that fit your family’s needs and make life feel more manageable.
  • Find practical solutions — Brainstorm ways to handle everyday challenges and discover what works best for your family.
  • Get organized — Set up simple systems to keep important information, records, and documents easy to find.
  • Clarify goals and priorities — Identify what matters most and make decisions with more confidence and focus.
  • Access helpful resources — Receive information, tools, and options without having to research everything yourself.
  • Navigate services and supports — Get guidance on finding and connecting with programs and resources that fit your family.
  • & more! — Work together on whatever feels most overwhelming or time-consuming right now.

Not sure where to start?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure what kind of support you need, reach out. We’ll figure it out together—you don’t have to do it alone.

For existing Art Therapy of MN clients, I can discuss my support approach with your therapist, upon your request.

What to expect:

1. Free Initial Consultation
A relaxed chat to get to know each other, ask a few key questions, and see if working together feels right.

2. Intake Session
We’ll explore your story, caregiving demands, and main challenges to get a clear picture of your needs. Simple forms may be completed beforehand.

3. Planning Session
Together, we’ll review ideas and recommendations, create a tailored plan, and map out next steps—including helpful resources, referrals, and follow-up scheduling.

4. Follow-Ups
Optional check-ins to review progress, tackle obstacles, and keep you moving toward your goals.
