Bethany is accepting new clients.

I enjoy supporting and working with all people-particularly young adults and adults who identify as LGBTQ, transgender, or neurodivergent. I provide therapy for humans experiencing relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, schizophrenia, personality disorders, mood disorders, attachment trauma, survivors of complex trauma and religious trauma.

I take a holistic approach, and employ a collaborative, person-centered approach to help my clients reveal, explore, and gain insight into their lives to reduce stress and achieve a sense of wellness. I believe that empathy, compassion, a sense of humor, creativity, and support help people gain confidence in themselves. My mission is to help my clients improve relationships with themselves and their experiences. I am deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, and provides a secure environment to enable my clients to achieve positive personal growth and progress. I meet clients where they are, work to understand unique challenges, and help move toward objectives with a supportive, creative, and strength-based approach.

In addition to being an art therapist, I utilize several therapies, which include dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, feminist therapy, sex therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness skills.

I graduated from the Adler Graduate School with a Master of Arts in Counseling and Art Therapy, and am currently supervised by Angela (Pitton) Abdo, LPCC.
